Do I have to be a musician to play the handpan?
No. The handpan is designed so that every note sounds right, no matter the order. There are no wrong notes. It’s the perfect instrument for beginners and experienced musicians alike.
Which scale should a beginner choose?
D minor (Kurd) is the most accessible scale: a meditative sound, harmonious chords—perfect for relaxation. C major is better suited to melodic lines.
How long does delivery take?
7 to 10 business days within Europe with tracking. Insured shipping in instrument-specific padded packaging.
Can I try it out before buying?
Not physically, but we provide audio samples on every product page. Customers also have 30 days to return their instrument free of charge if it doesn't suit them.
Is the handpan a real musical instrument?
Yes. The handpan is played by professional musicians on stage (Sam Maher, Manu Delago, Yuki Koshimoto). It is used in meditation, sound therapy, and even jazz and world music.
How do I care for my handpan?
It's simple: wipe it down with a soft cloth after each use, and apply the special oil (included) every 1–2 months, depending on the climate. Store it in its pouch, away from moisture.
