I haven't received my tracking email
First, check your spam folder. The email is automatically sent upon shipment (24-48 hours after ordering). If you can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll forward it to you immediately.
My tracking hasn't updated for several days
Don't worry! It's normal for the tracking status not to update during international transit (2-4 days). The package is in motion even if the status doesn't change. If the tracking has been stagnant for more than 7 days, contact us and we will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: 3 to 7 working days • Europe: 5 to 12 working days • International: 7 to 20 working days. Deadlines begin from the shipping date (24-48 hours after ordering).
