Which instrument is right for me?
Handpans are made for melodic, intuitive playing. Tongue drums are especially accessible and gentle in sound. Kalimbas are compact, easy to learn and ideal on the go. The sound samples on the product pages will help you choose.
Do I need any musical background?
No. Our instruments are played intuitively. Start with a few notes and simple rhythms; a harmonious sound comes together after a very short time.
How do I choose the right tuning?
What matters is how the sound feels to you. Lower tunings usually sound calm and warm, higher tunings clearer and livelier. Listen to the sound samples of each model, ideally with headphones.
Delivery
How is my instrument packed?
Every instrument is packed to be shock-protected and safe in transit. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you receive tracking details by email.
How long does delivery take?
The current delivery time is shown during checkout and can vary by product and delivery address. Once dispatched, you can follow the status of your order at any time.

Care
How do I look after my instrument?
Store your instrument in a dry place, avoid strong temperature changes and clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Handpans should never be treated with harsh cleaning products.
