I did not receive my tracking email
First, check your spam folder. The email is automatically sent upon dispatch (24-48 hours after ordering). If you can't find it, contact us with your order number and we will forward it to you immediately.
My tracking hasn't been updated for several days
Don't worry! It is normal that the tracking status is not updated during international transit (2-4 days). The package is in motion even if the status does not change. If tracking has been stopped for more than 7 days, contact us and we will initiate a request with the carrier.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: 3 to 7 working days • Europe: 5 to 12 working days • International: 7 to 20 working days. Deadlines start from the shipping date (24-48 hours after ordering).
